7 Powerful Life Lessons to learn

7 Life lessons

7 powerful life lessons that took many people years to learn. In life, there are only two ways to learn, the hard way or the easy way. The choice is yours…

Life lessons #1: Nothing in life is permanent

The good news is that nothing lasts forever, the bad news is that nothing lasts forever.

I do not want to scare you into having anxiety, but I want you to be more aware that everything has an expiration date. If you love how your life is going at the moment, embrace it and enjoy it.

If you are going through a hard time, know that this situation will have an expiration date as well. There are many circumstances that you can’t predict but you are always in control of how you react to them.

Life Lessons #2 How you treat yourself is how others will treat you

People who have high standards love themselves enough to know they deserve what they want in life.

When you don’t know how to love yourself and look for validation in other people is when you meet the wrong people.

It’s because you lack that love within yourself that people can easily abuse you and mistreat you.

When you love yourself you show others that if they want to be around your energy then they have to act appropriately according to your standards.

Don’t be afraid to cut people off who push your boundaries.

‘’When you stand for nothing you fall for everything’’

Life Lessons #3 Fear is the number one factor that will always make you fail, every time

Fear is the reason why you will fail from receiving the opportunities you wanted.

Opportunities in life come quickly but they are also fleeting.

People fear failure and rejection so bad that they don’t ever even try.

How do you know if you never try? Once the opportunity has been missed you will always be left with the ‘’what if’s’’.

Do you know how many times the successful people had failed? Too many to count.

The difference with them is that they learn the lesson and move on to the next opportunity. Do not let fear take a hold of you and do not cry over spilled milk.

Either you strike when the iron is hot or accept it as a loss forever.

Life Lessons #4 Never wait to live your life, do it now!

So many people put everything and everyone else before their own needs.

Then when it is finally time to enjoy themselves, they are too old and tired to enjoy anything.

You work so hard, but the benefits never go to you. How is a life worth living if you’re in ‘’Ground Hog day’’ mode?

In the movie, Ground Hog Day, this man had to relive the same day over and over again.

Life lessons #5 Having people around you that love and support you are more valuable to you than anything in this world

You put your career top priority over your friends and family, one by one they all leave. You have finally made it to the top only to realize that everyone is gone and there is no one to celebrate with and no one to enjoy it with.

The truth about being successful and on top is that it usually is a cold and lonely place.

It’s hard to trust people when you are on top because one either they secretly hate you and want you to fail or two they want to enjoy your success with your without having ever help you get to the top.

Take note of who is around you now to support you and to have your best interest at heart.

These are the very people that liked you for you, not for what you could do for them.

Life Lessons #6 If you think it will not matter in 5 years why should it matter now, let it go!

We spend too much of our precious time in hurt, anger, or resentment.

The problem is that we expect others to act a certain way according to our rules. When they don’t, we get upset. Within time passing you will not even remember how the story even went, or why you even got upset.

Why focus on them when you could be doing better things to improve your life and your happiness.

Life Lessons #7 No one is coming to save you. Be your hero in your story

I know this sounds harsh but of all the bad times that you had in life did a superhero ever come kicking down the door to help you.

We live in a world where everyone has their problems to deal with, so they are probably not that interested in yours.

If you can not control the events that are happening in your life you can still control your outlook. Just like lesson #1 know that it is not forever.

Muster up the strength and courage inside of you to either find a solution or if there is no solution then let it ride through without it breaking you.
