You can regulate your emotions and bounce back up from set back and downfalls.
You can co-exist with others in a healthy and balanced way, your relationships have a mutuality of equal give and take.
You enjoy both socializing and time alone. In your alone time, you do not feel lonely or sad.
How to know that it’s time to practice more self-Love
- When you feel overwhelmed by negative emotions (sadness, anger, depression, etc.)
- When you feel burned out
- Low self-esteem/ insecure
- Changes in diet and sleep patterns
- Easily irritable/ lack patience
- Lack of motivation or enthusiasm for life
- You become isolated from the outside world
- People-pleasing tendencies
- Health has declined
- You feel that you have to wear a mask in front of others
- You feel that life and or others have treated you unjust and unfair
